MP200 Gas Module

Using the MP 200 Thermal Spray System, for each spray process a separate MP 200 Gas Module is available. A gas module contains all the relevant media to run nearly all commercial thermal spray guns:

• Plasma spray guns
• HVOF spray guns, liquid fuel and/or gas fuel
• Flame spray guns, powder and/or wire material

• Mass flow controllers
• Gas inlet filters
• PLC Remote I/O modules
• Pressure regulators and control valves
• carrier gas selection Ar or N₂
• Plasma gas mixture device and expansion unit (Plasma)
• Kerosene pump (HVOF liquid fuel)

 Safety

• purged electrical box
• gas detection sensor
• air flow through cabinet

All necessary connections are prepared for the carrier gases of the type Twin-20MFC powder feeder. The flow accuracy for all process media is ≤ 2%.
