PF 80 Spray Control Module

The AMT type PF 80 Spray Control Module is designed to control Powder Flame Spray processes running with either hydrogen gas (H2) or acetylene gas (C2H2) as a fuel together with oxygen (O2). In addition to this compressed air is used as a process cooling media. 

PF 80 Spray Control ModuleAll components of the rigidly designed PF 80 controller are very operator friendly and require very few maintenance interventions. Both, thermal spray process media, the combustion gas as well as the oxygen gas, are controlled manually with industrially proved flow tube meters. The compressed air can be adjusted with a precise pressure regulator.

The PF 80 controller can utilize different stand-alone type powder feeders, including nearly any commercial type powder feeders already available at the customer. The powder feed on/off command is controlled by the PF 80 control module.

The type PF 80 spray controller can be integrated with further existing components of the customer such as handling equipment and exhaust filter systems.

All the safety devices such as backfire valves are mounted in the control module. It also includes the high voltage ignition unit for the spray gun. The powder flame spray gun is connected directly to the PF 80 control module.

  • E-stop circuit
